| Hastelloy B3 | 9.2 g/cm3 | 1370 ℃ (2550 ℃F) | Psi – 1,15,000 , MPa –760 | Psi – 52,000 , MPa – 350 | 40% |
Hot rolling of alloy b3
The hot rolling temperature is usually controlled at 2250℃F (about 1232℃) to ensure material uniformity and avoid cracking.
UNS N10675
Cold rolling can improve surface quality, but the deformation amount needs to be controlled (usually <=20%) to avoid the decrease in ductility caused by work hardening.

Nickel alloy b3 Heat treatment
Solution treatment: 1150-1200℃ insulation followed by rapid cooling to eliminate internal stress and homogenize the structure.
Hastelloy N10675 Welding process
TIG welding or laser welding is recommended, and the welding material should be ERNiMo-10 or similar matching material, and the heat input should be strictly controlled to avoid corrosion in the heat-affected zone.
